This patient has developmental breast asymmetry. She has previously had a left breast augmentation, but in the many years since then her breast asymmetry has gradually returned. Pre-operatively, her right breast was larger, the left breast implant was firm and displaced superiorly and there was ptosis of both breasts. Her procedure inlcuded a right breast reduction / lift, removal of the left breast implant, capsulectomy and left breast lift.
